If you are in charge of ensuring proper operation and use of aerial lifts, it is critical you have access
5,000 Companies save time and money with GoCanvas
to the aerial Lift Safety Program: Pre-Use Inspection Checklist Mobile App. Whether you are in construction, inspection, athletic events or repair services, anytime you are responsible for ensuring the safety of any entertainer or employees in an elevated work position, the use of a safety checklist will ease your mind and keep your company in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Prior to placing the lift machine in service at the beginning of each work shift, or at the change of operators, operators of self-propelled elevating work platforms, vehicle mounted elevating or rotating aerial devices or boom-supported elevating work platforms must give a thorough inspection to reduce the risk of physical injury or property damage in areas where aerial lifts are in operation.
In the case of any safety defects, such as hydraulic fluid leaks; defective brakes, body harness issues, steering, lights, or horn; and/or missing fire extinguisher, lights, seat belt, or back-up alarm, each item must be reported for immediate repair, and the aerial lift not put in service.
With this inspection form downloaded on the lift operator's Smartphone there is no excuse not to conduct the inspection - and no awkward balancing of a pen and clipboard are required! Save each completed inspection report directly to the GoCanvas Cloud for real-time access by management, equipment repair mechanics and other interested parties. You can set up unique numbering for each GoCanvas App you have in your account.

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
